July 26, 2020 Eighth Sunday After Pentecost

Our main worship offering this week is an invitation to join Pastor Bill live at https://facebook.com/allsaintswolfeboro/live (FB account NOT required) for our Sunday Morning Meditation. The video is also shown below, some time after it streams. A direct link to Pastor Bill’s reflection is accessed here. The bulletin for this live stream is accessed here.

As is our practice during this time, we have provided the whole service video below from three years ago, July 30, 2017. Pastor Bill’s sermon begins at 22:39 (direct link). The July 30, 2017 service bulletin is provided here.

We have also excerpted short musical videos from July 30, 2017 as shown below, featuring three pieces on trumpet played by Paul Dostie. If you have time for just one, watch the medley of the reflective “This Is My Father’s World” with a rousing jazz rendition of “He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands.” Beautiful! Thank you, Paul!

Finally, you should have received during the first week of July in the USPS mail a resource called Faith At Home, as well as a statement from our vestry entitled The Way of Love: Gathering During a Pandemic. These links here are provided in case you misplace them this summer. If you need the links to our Zoom meetings, call the office or call a friend who has them.

July 5, 2020 Fifth Sunday After Pentecost

During the pandemic, the Barbara C. Harris Camp and Conference Center has had to cancel all programs, including summer camp, which serves a diverse community of campers from (mainly) Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The Episcopal Church of NH and our Commission on Ministry hosted a retreat at BCH during the first week of March - it was a blessing to all involved and turned out to be one of the last groups to use the camp before COVID19 hit.

For this Fifth Sunday After Pentecost while Pastor Bill is away on vacation, the staff, counselors and campers of BCH offer this CAMP SUNDAY service of Holy Eucharist (pre-recorded—watch any time) with the Rt. Rev. Alan Gates, Bishop of Massachusetts, preaching and the Rev. Natasha Stewart, BCH Board President, presiding. Please enjoy this offering - including the camp songs - and we encourage you to break out some s'mores after worship! Canon Tina Pickering serves as the New Hampshire liaison to the Board of Directors - please reach out if you have any questions about the Barbara C. Harris Camp and Conference center. The bulletin for the service may be found here.

As is our practice during this time, we have also provided the whole service video below from three years ago, July 9, 2017, with Pastor Bill’s sermon at 25:21 (direct link) on the timeline. The 2017 service bulletin is provided here. Becky Riley was the organist on that day while Holly Simons was away. We have also excerpted short musical videos from July 14, 2019 as shown below.
